be made in US Dollars via MasterCard,
VISA or check. Cancellations must
be received in writing by April
30 and are subject to a $50 administrative
fee. After April 30 registration
fees are non-refundable. Refunds
will be processed after the annual
meeting. No refunds will be made
for no-shows. A returned check
fee of $30 will be assessed for
all returned checks.
